ouch!

I really don't know why I'm posting this. But I got a massage from this lady yesterday, and I am soo sore from it. I can't even touch my shoulders without feeling some tenderness. I'm a massage therapist myself so I know how deep is too deep. And she definately went too deep, I didn't mind it at the time, cause I was more concerned with her getting the knots out. But today I feel like I have this huge bruise across my shoulders. Oh well. I guess I know how those few patients felt after I "let out my frustrations" on them :). Ok, that's enough whining from me for one night. Until next time, be blessed!
